Designing buildings, wind studies and seismic studies. Perfect knowledge of software like Etabs, Safe, Allpiles, Plaxis, AutoCAD, etc.

Capable of designing projects for the production of execution drawings for the following disciplines: power, light, low current, fire alarm, designing main cables, generators, distribution boards, riser diagrams, etc. Knowledge of the NFPA requirements is a plus.

Experience: 6-10 years

Designing projects for the production of execution drawings for AC, ventilation, water supply, drainage, fire fighting riser diagrams, etc. The knowledge of the NFA requirements is a must. Knowledge of software like Carrier, specifications writing and MTO.

Preparation of tender and contract documents, processing variation orders and claims and preparing contract claims. Knowledge of FIDIC Terms and Conditions is a must.

: Management of projects under construction, maintaining quality and controlling projects schedule. Candidate must be experience in contractual matters, variation orders, dealing with Clients and Contractors.

:Approval of shop drawings / material submittals / method statements / colour schemes / mock-ups and site supervision. Maintaining quality control and meeting the specified materials as well as coordinating the different trades (structural, electro-mechanical, decoration).

:Review requests for proposals (RFP) / Terms of Reference (TOR), initiate and provide draft proposal, interact with design team, to ensure the scope and nature of project services are fully understood, compile techno-commercial proposals, prepare man-months deployment.

Experience: 5 to 10 years (Bilingual Arabic/English)

:The ideal candidate must have bachelor’s degree in Secretarial Science and should have enough knowledge of office procedures, protocols, organization and filing system, excellent interpersonal communication skills, excellent computer application skills in MS-Office.

Experience: 6-10 years

:Capable of preparations of Specification for all disciplines (Architectural, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical) to confirm consistency of standards and unity of definitions. Review of project specifications, study and advise regarding material submissions, provide technical requirements.
